PERFECT SERVE
SCAVI & RAY PROSECCO DOC ROSÉ SPUMANTE is a veritable all-rounder and is at its most exquisite when enjoyed neat. It should ideally be served in a Prosecco glass at between 8 and 10°C.

Prosecco DOC Rosé Spumante

In 2019, the Italian consortium approved the blending of the white Prosecco grape variety, Glera, with a red grape variety to craft Prosecco Rosé. Alongside Glera, the blend may include up to 15% of the esteemed red Pinot Nero (Pinot Noir), a key component in Champagne. Prosecco Rosé exclusively takes the form of a Spumante, excluding the slightly sparkling Frizzante version. To guarantee its desired high-quality character, Prosecco Rosé undergoes a minimum 60-day resting period on the lees after the fermentation process is complete. The grapes used in Prosecco Rosé must originate from a single harvest year, classifying it as a Millesimato. Comprising 88% Glera and 12% Pinot Nero, SCAVI & RAY PROSECCO DOC ROSÉ boasts a characteristic light-pink hue with subtle violet reflections and a delicate effervescence. The bouquet is distinguished by notes of ripe apple, fresh pear, as well as raspberry and pomegranate.
