ICE ICE Baby – Prosecco popsicles with wild berries
Refreshment for warm summer days, easy to make yourself!
We have put together a quick and simple recipe for delicious self-made prosecco – wild berry popsicles, so that you can always cool down at home.
Ingredients:
for 4 people
- 200 ml SCAVI & RAY Prosecco
- 1 pinch (s) of vanilla extract
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 125 g wild berries, frozen
- 40 cl cassis liqueur
- 4 popsicle sticks
- Aids:
4 small glasses
Preparation:
- First, the frozen wild berries are pureed
- Add vanilla extract, sugar and cassil liqueur to the berries and stir
- Then you fill the berry puree into four smaller glasses and fill them
with sparkling SCAVI & RAY Prosecco
- The glasses must now be placed in the freezer for an hour so that the mixture freezes slightly
- Last but not least: put four ice cream sticks in the middle of the glasses and place them in the freezer for about 6 hours
And the refreshing prosecco wild berry popsicles are ready …
