Prosecco DOC Frizzante

SCAVI & RAY PROSECCO DOC FRIZZANTE is crafted from the white grape variety Glera. A Frizzante is a sparkling wine with a lower carbonation level than its ‘big brotherʼ, Spumante. Our Prosecco Frizzante presents itself with a light effervescence, fresh fruitiness, dryness and an alcohol content of only 10.5%. The vines for our Prosecco Frizzante are cultivated in the sun-drenched Veneto region in Northeastern Italy, within the protected origin area for Prosecco.

Airlines often feature the SCAVI & RAY PROSECCO DOC FRIZZANTE in their selection. Its high quality and lightly effervescent character make it an ideal travel companion. In the Banquet Edition with a screw cap, it shines at large receptions and events. INSTRUCTIONS FOR OPENING

To ensure you can enjoy your SCAVI & RAY Frizzante without any hassle, it’s important to use the correct technique when opening the bottle.

Please do not use a waiter’s knife. The pressure on the neck of the bottle may cause the glass to crack.
Here’s how to do it safely and easily:

Use a classic butterfly corkscrew. Place the spiral in the centre of the cork and twist it straight and evenly until it is fully embedded in the cork.
Then press the two levers down slowly and evenly. This will pull the cork out of the bottle in a controlled manner without requiring much effort.

Make sure to hold the bottle steady whilst doing so and avoid any sudden movements.
